Sin embargo seg\u00fan Eva Trohimyuk, jefa del departamento ferroviario en la regi\u00f3n de Europa de AsstrA, compa\u00f1\u00eda de transporte y log\u00edstica, el transporte ferroviario en el norte de Europa es l\u00edder frente a las otras opciones.<\/p>\n<h1>El transporte ferroviario: una soluci\u00f3n con potencial<\/h1>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los ferrocarriles son una herramienta vital para Europa si de satisfacer la alta demanda se trata. Adem\u00e1s son la mejor soluci\u00f3n para evadir la congesti\u00f3n, ahorrar energ\u00eda y de paso, reducir emisiones de CO2 a la atm\u00f3sfera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De hecho uno de los objetivos primordiales de la UE para el 2030 es lograr que el 30% del transporte de mercanc\u00edas se realice por v\u00eda f\u00e9rrea. Como respuesta a este objetivo se vienen realizando inversiones multimillonarias en la construcci\u00f3n de terminales y en la modernizaci\u00f3n de la gesti\u00f3n del tr\u00e1fico y subsidios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estas razones han impulsado al cambio y crecimiento del mercado ferroviario. El desarrollo es tal que actualmente viajan en tren vagones abiertos, cisternas y plataformas con contenedores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otra tendencia es la contenedorizaci\u00f3n de cargas y el uso menos vagones cerrados, lo cual permite reducir costos, simplificar el transbordo y ahorrar tiempo. La contenedorizaci\u00f3n facilita el acarreo de la carga como unidad indivisible, segura e inviolable, desde el lugar de origen hasta su destino, haciendo de este sistema una ventaja competitiva de los ferrocarriles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s de esta opci\u00f3n, otra alternativa para el transporte de contenedores en Europa es el uso de las autopistas ferroviarias especializadas. Estas plataformas ferroviarias son utilizadas para llevar gandolas o semirremolques de carga larga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta modalidad es muy conocida en Europa, particularmente en las rutas transalpinas. De hecho este a\u00f1o en Malashevich se inici\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de una autopista ferroviaria que a futuro se conectar\u00e1 con una terminal similar en Mosc\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan estima Eva Trohimyuk en los pa\u00edses donde se utiliza el transporte intermodal, el uso del ferrocarril es muy representativo.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 el liderazgo en esta zona?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El mercado de los env\u00edos ferroviarios registra un crecimiento principalmente local. Incansablemente se vienen explotando rutas en el noroeste de Europa, sobre todo en Austria, Inglaterra, B\u00e9lgica, Alemania y Dinamarca. Particularmente en estos pa\u00edses nivel de uso de la red ferroviaria es un 70% m\u00e1s alto que el promedio general de la Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/p>\n<h2>Polonia<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En Polonia hay m\u00e1s de 70 operadores privados de transporte y el Estado posee el 51% restante. Este pa\u00eds ha destinado recursos para rehabilitar v\u00edas ferroviarias y desarrollar terminales multimodales. Incluso en la actualidad Polonia implementa el programa ferroviario m\u00e1s ambicioso de Europa.<\/p>\n<h2>Alemania<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El gobierno alem\u00e1n brinda apoyo a los operadores ferroviarios, con lo cual se prev\u00e9 reducir en m\u00e1s del 45% el acceso al sistema ferroviario. Esta compensaci\u00f3n incentiva la transferencia de vol\u00famenes de carga por carretera al ferroviario.<\/p>\n<h2>Suiza<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quienes operen trenes de carga en el pa\u00eds reciben descuentos de un 40% en tarifas por el uso de las v\u00edas.
