A pesar de ello a\u00fan se mantendr\u00e1 el acceso libre entre las partes, con lo cual el transporte por carretera entre Reino Unido y Espa\u00f1a y los dem\u00e1s pa\u00edses miembros de la UE continuar\u00e1n sin tr\u00e1mites aduaneros.<br \/>\nLa no afectaci\u00f3n del transporte por carretera y la conservaci\u00f3n de las mismas condiciones actuales para la libre circulaci\u00f3n de pasajeros y de mercanc\u00edas, ser\u00e1n por lo menos durante todo el 2020. Esto se debe a que durante este a\u00f1o la Uni\u00f3n Europea y el Reino Unido negociar\u00e1n los t\u00e9rminos que regir\u00e1n las nuevas relaciones aduaneras y comerciales que s\u00ed comenzar\u00e1n a ser efectivas desde el 2021.<br \/>\nBajo este escenario la Federaci\u00f3n Nacional de Asociaciones de Transporte de Espa\u00f1a, Fenadismer reiter\u00f3 que los transportadores espa\u00f1oles podr\u00e1n continuar operando normalmente y prestando servicios de transporte internacional con el pa\u00eds brit\u00e1nico sin restricci\u00f3n aduanera o limitaci\u00f3n administrativa.<br \/>\nLa Federaci\u00f3n argumenta que la definici\u00f3n de las condiciones para el transporte entre los pa\u00edses de la UE y el Reino Unido, ser\u00e1 uno de los temas m\u00e1s relevantes para determinar las relaciones futuras.<br \/>\nDe hecho, resaltan, que la mayor parte de la circulaci\u00f3n se lleva a cabo por el Canal de la Mancha a trav\u00e9s de Francia. Para este caso anualmente se estima que unos cinco millones de veh\u00edculos pesados transitan por esta zona, lo que equivale a un 80% del flujo total de transporte entre el pa\u00eds brit\u00e1nico y el resto de Europa.<br \/>\nCabe mencionar que si se llegase a interrumpir el tr\u00e1fico bidireccional a trav\u00e9s del Canal de la Mancha, Gran Breta\u00f1a estar\u00eda en serias dificultades debido a que el transporte y entrega de mercanc\u00edas en ambas direcciones son esenciales dentro de la cadena de suministro.<\/p>\n<h2>Se elimin\u00f3 el temor de un Brexit \u201cduro\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>El ambiente de tensi\u00f3n que se vivi\u00f3 en la anterior legislatura donde el l\u00edder conservador Boris Johnson no logr\u00f3 aprobar la Ley de salida de Reino Unido de la UE, ha bajado paulatinamente. El fantasma de un Brexit duro y sin acuerdos entre las partes, parece haber quedado atr\u00e1s.<br \/>\nSi bien ya en esta nueva legislatura el acuerdo de separaci\u00f3n es un hecho, las conversaciones han abierto la puerta a mantener en cuanto al transporte, el acceso libre entre las partes.<\/p>\n<h2>El escenario del transporte en Reino Unido<\/h2>\n<p>Las negociaciones previstas para este a\u00f1o ser\u00e1n de vital relevancia para las dos partes. Esto se debe a que las actuales actividades de transporte est\u00e1n reguladas por una normativa arm\u00f3nica que abre el libre acceso a los mercados de transporte a los operadores de toda la Uni\u00f3n Europea. La meta es continuar con buenas negociaciones.<br \/>\nPara el Reino Unido las mercanc\u00edas con ropa, alimentos, equipamiento dom\u00e9stico, herramientas industriales, entre otros elementos, son vitales para el desarrollo de la vida diaria en el pa\u00eds.
