ABOUT US
The Logistic Cluster of Catalonia is a non-profit association, funded with the aim of aligning strategies and adding efforts to boost and optimize industrial activity in SMEs and contribute to the improvement of their competitiveness through the structuring, dynamization and modernization of logistics and supply chain.
The cluster is financed by its own members, which are mainly dedicated to transportation, storage, handling, software, hardware, engineering, consulting, etc.
The Logistic Cluster of Catalonia has already been recognized as a cluster in Europe, with the bronze category certification granted by ESCA (European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis). It is also a member of the European Alliance for Logistics Innovation through collaboration in Europe (ALICE).
GOALS
To promote business and professional exchange between partners.
To increase the competitiveness of companies in the logistics and supply chain sector in Catalonia, as well as enable their cooperation.
To represent the sector across government entities, public administrations, and agencies for logistics and supply chain development.
To ensure major participation of our members in logistic implantation projects.
To contribute to modernization of our member companies.
To strengthen the logistics sector by searching for common synergies and to get a supra-regional and international projection for our sector, especially for the companies associated with the cluster.
To promote the use of Human Resources and to encourage entrepreneurship in the logistics sector especially among young people.

We work on the creation of successful projects, which are proposed by the cluster itself or any of its partners. For each project there are groups or work teams formed by the member companies interested in participating and assisting the development of each project. The objective of each project is to be more competitive and productive by creating, innovating and using new tecnologies in order to provide solutions for the sector. The project can be about any problem detected in the supply chain.
